Job Description

We are looking for a Business Intelligence Analyst to join a dynamic team based in Geneva for a 12-month temporary assignment

In this role, you will act as a key business partner, delivering insights that support strategic decision-making across the EMEA region. Working closely with Sales, Planning, Finance, Marketing and Digital teams, you will transform complex datasets into actionable recommendations that drive business performance.

You will develop reporting tools and dashboards, analyse sales and market performance, monitor KPIs and support senior stakeholders with data-driven insights. This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded analyst looking to combine technical expertise with business impact.Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and enhance reporting tools, dashboards and automated solutions
  • Analyse business performance and identify trends, risks and opportunities
  • Deliver regular reporting on wholesale performance across EMEA
  • Build and monitor KPIs to support strategic initiatives
  • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to provide actionable insights
  • Support executive presentations and business reviews
  • Contribute to analytics and AI-driven reporting initiatives

The Successful Applicant

  • Degree in Business, Economics, Analytics, Data Science or related field
  • Experience in Business Intelligence, Analytics or Reporting
  • Advanced Power BI skills
  • Experience with Dataiku and Databricks
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to translate data into business recommendations
  • Fluent English required
