Our client is an innovative organization operating at the intersection of human experience, science and technology. They are developing a new generation of products and experiences focused on wellbeing and personal transformation, and are looking for an entrepreneurial, hands-on Product & Growth Lead to help bring new offerings and initiatives to market on an international scale.

Job Description

You will work across product development, growth and commercialization to:

  • Develop and launch innovative products, services and experiences.
  • Define and execute go-to-market and international expansion strategies.
  • Identify new business opportunities, revenue streams and growth initiatives.
  • Build strategic partnerships, distribution channels and commercial relationships.
  • Lead early-stage business development, pilot projects and commercial negotiations.
  • Translate customer, partner and market insights into product improvements.
  • Ensure a high-quality and consistent user experience across all touchpoints.



The Successful Applicant

  • Experience in Product Management, Growth, Venture Building, Business Development or Strategic Partnerships.
  • A proven track record of launching and commercializing products, services or innovative experiences.
  • The ability to combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
  • Strong business development skills, with confidence in prospecting, pitching, negotiating and closing partnerships.
  • A solid commercial mindset and the ability to align product strategy with market needs.
  • Comfort working in fast-paced, entrepreneurial and evolving environments.
  • Excellent communication, storytelling and relationship-building abilities.
  • A genuine interest in wellbeing, meditation, human performance, immersive technologies (XR) or neurotechnology is considered a strong asset.
  • An international mindset and willingness to travel.
  • English must be at C2 level. Any other language is an asset.
