For our client, an asset management company, located in Geneva, we are currently looking for a Senior Onboarding and Compliance specialist .

Stellenbeschreibung

  • Manage and coordinate client ( institutional) onboarding processes in compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Verify and validate client documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure proper documentation is filed for auditing purposes.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve onboarding-related issues efficiently.
  • Monitor and update client information within internal systems.
  • Support the implementation of any process improvements related to onboarding activities.
  • Ensure adherence to banking and financial services policies and procedures.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to relevant stakeholders on onboarding progress.

Anforderungsprofil

  • A strong understanding of banking and financial services operations and compliance requirements.
  • Proficiency in managing client documentation and regulatory processes.
  • Detail-oriented skills with the ability to ensure accuracy in onboarding activities.
  • Excellent communication skills to collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders.
  • Fluency in English and in French.
