Our client is a renowned international organization based in Geneva. As part of a major HR transformation initiative, the organization is seeking a HR Business Analyst HRIS to support the redesign and optimization of HR service delivery processes within a global and multicultural environment.

This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a strategic HR digital transformation project aimed at enhancing employee experience, streamlining HR operations, and supporting the implementation of a modern HR service delivery platform.

Working closely with HR stakeholders, Business Process Owners, Shared Service teams and project teams, you will play a key role in documenting, analysing and improving HR processes while supporting the successful delivery of a global HR transformation programme.

Business Analysis & Process Improvement

  • Analyse and document HR processes across multiple functional areas.
  • Facilitate workshops and gather business requirements from key stakeholders.
  • Challenge existing ways of working and identify opportunities for process simplification and standardisation.
  • Develop process maps, workflows and functional documentation.
  • Support the design of future-state HR processes and employee self-service solutions.



HR Transformation & HRIS Projects

  • Translate business requirements into clear and actionable functional specifications.
  • Collaborate with project teams to ensure requirements are understood and appropriately implemented.
  • Support system implementation and process transformation activities.
  • Conduct impact analyses and assist with decision-making related to process and system changes.
  • Ensure documentation remains aligned with project objectives and evolving business requirements.



Stakeholder Management

  • Act as a key point of contact between HR teams, Shared Service Centres and project stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with international teams across multiple locations and functions.
  • Support Business Process Owners in evaluating and improving HR processes.
  • Identify risks, gaps and improvement opportunities throughout the project lifecycle.



Documentation & Governance

  • Produce high-quality documentation, business process maps and operational procedures.
  • Support user acceptance testing preparation and change management activities.
  • Contribute to process governance and continuous improvement initiatives.

Anforderungsprofil

  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst within HR, HR Operations or HRIS environments.
  • Experience supporting HR transformation, process improvement or HR technology projects.
  • Strong process mapping and business documentation skills.
  • Ability to analyse complex business requirements and translate them into practical solutions.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities.
  • Autonomous, proactive and adaptable approach.
  • Experience with HR Service Delivery, Shared Services or HR Operations environments is highly desirable.
  • Exposure to ServiceNow HRSD or similar HR platforms is a strong asset.
  • Fluent English/French is required.
