Reporting to the Head of Talent Management, you will support the design, coordination, implementation, and evaluation of learning and talent development initiatives across the organisation. You will play a key role in ensuring the successful delivery of development programmes while contributing to a positive employee learning experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate learning and talent development projects from planning and design through to implementation and evaluation.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, milestones, and stakeholder communications.
  • Support the design and enhancement of learning programmes, development journeys, and associated resources.
  • Research, curate, and maintain relevant learning content for employees, managers, and teams.
  • Create and manage digital learning resources, including e-learning modules, videos, and interactive content.
  • Collaborate with external learning providers to ensure the effective delivery of programmes and resources.
  • Manage administrative and operational processes related to external vendors, including contracts, purchase orders, procurement requests, and invoice tracking.
  • Analyse participation metrics, feedback, and learning data to assess programme effectiveness and recommend improvements.
  • Prepare reports and dashboards to communicate outcomes and key insights to stakeholders.
  • Support the delivery of workshops, onboarding sessions, and other learning activities as required.

Profil recherché



Required Experience

  • Proven experience within Learning & Development, Talent Development, Organisational Development, or Instructional Design.
  • Demonstrated project management and programme coordination experience.
  • Experience designing, curating, and implementing learning content and development initiatives.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret learning data and translate insights into actions.
  • Experience managing relationships with external suppliers and service providers.
  • Ability to work independently while effectively engaging multiple stakeholders.

Desirable

  • Experience with Workday Learning or other Learning Management Systems (LMS).

  • Exposure to leadership development, career development, or talent management programmes.
  • Familiarity with behavioural assessment tools.



Languages

  • English: Fluent (C2)
  • French: Upper Intermediate to Advanced (B2)
