Our client is a well-known brand in Zürich with a strong growth plan. In order to support their ongoing growth journey we are looking to hire a seasoned TA expert, available to join the team ASAP for at least 6-12 months.

Stellenbeschreibung

    • Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for a broad portfolio of corporate roles (eg. Finance, HR, Legal, Strategy, Operations, Communications, etc.).
    • Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, advise on recruitment strategies, and ensure high-quality hiring decisions.
    • Conduct structured talent assessments and present concise recommendations to stakeholders.
    • Build and nurture strategic talent pipelines to address immediate and future hiring needs.
    • Represent the company across external networks and ensure a professional employer brand presence.
    • Effectively utilise modern TA tools to optimise processes, track pipeline health, and deliver accurate reporting.
    • Operate with a proactive, solution‑oriented mindset in a high‑growth, fast-changing environment.



Anforderungsprofil

    • Minimum 5 years of experience in full‑cycle recruitment, ideally within a multinational or fast-scaling environment.
    • Proven track record in recruiting across a variety of corporate functions. With relevant exposure/experience with Digital and Marketing recruitment
    • Strong stakeholder management capabilities, with the ability to influence and advise leaders.
    • Comfortable navigating high expectations, shifting priorities, and a fast-paced operational tempo.
    • Excellent communication skills and a structured approach to evaluating talent.
    • Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
    • Hands‑on, adaptable, and capable of operating independently within an evolving setup.
    • Ability to handle changing set-up and priorities as well as a lack of structure if needed
