We are looking for a Conference Assistant to support the delivery of high-level meetings and events. The role sits within a team responsible for managing relationships with key stakeholders and ensuring the smooth execution of conferences and assemblies.

Stellenbeschreibung

  • Support the preparation and setup of conference rooms and meeting spaces
  • Provide on-site and virtual logistical support to internal and external stakeholders
  • Monitor meetings and coordinate with technical teams to ensure seamless delivery
  • Assist in the management of virtual conferencing platforms (e.g. setup, participant support, troubleshooting)
  • Contribute to process improvements and digital initiatives related to conference services
  • Perform additional event-related duties as required



Anforderungsprofil

  • Experience in organizing and supporting international conferences or events
  • Familiarity with audiovisual systems and videoconferencing tools (e.g. Zoom or similar platforms)
  • Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and support users effectively
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • High level of professionalism, flexibility, and customer service orientation
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are an asset
