Description du poste

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment across Supply Chain, Procurement, Operational Excellence, Technology, and related functions
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to define talent strategies and hiring priorities
  • Build proactive talent pipelines through innovative sourcing and market intelligence
  • Conduct talent mapping and competitor research to identify relevant talent pools
  • Deliver a high-quality candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
  • Use data and market insights to advise stakeholders on talent availability and hiring strategies
  • Support employer branding and talent attraction initiatives where relevant
  • Drive recruitment projects while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Profil recherché

  • Proven experience as an end-to-end recruiter, either in-house or within a specialised recruitment consultancy
  • Track record recruiting for Supply Chain, Procurement, Operations, Operational Excellence, Manufacturing, Engineering, Technology, or related disciplines
  • Strong sourcing and talent research capabilities with a proactive, investigative mindset
  • Experience identifying talent from complex and niche labour markets
  • High levels of agility, curiosity, and adaptability
  • Comfortable leveraging technology and innovative sourcing techniques
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Quality-focused with the ability to deliver results in a demanding environment
