Pour l'un de nos clients, nous sommes à la recherche d'un(e) Assistant(e) de Gestion / Operations Manager FR / ENG en contrat permanent à 100% et basé(e) sur Genève. La ou le collaborateur(trice) travaillera sur un poste hybride entre l'assistanat de gestion et les opérations pour la structure.

• Planifier et diriger les opérations de construction en coordination avec le chef de projet
• Élaborer les soumissions, gérer les appels d'offres et les entretiens techniques
• Contrôler les coûts, les délais et la qualité d'exécution des travaux
• Assurer la sécurité sur le chantier et le respect des normes en vigueur

• Gérer et suivre des projets liés à la géotechnique.
• Participer à la préparation et à la réalisation d'études techniques.
• Assurer la coordination avec les différents interlocuteurs internes et externes.
• Contribuer au bon déroulement des projets, de la phase d'étude à la mise en œuvre.
• Prendre progressivement un rôle plus large dans l'organisation, selon vos ambitions.
