Description du poste

  • Develop and grow a portfolio of HNW/UHNW clients, family offices and institutional investors
  • Drive new business origination through proactive prospecting and network development
  • Manage and deepen existing client relationships with a long-term, advisory approach
  • Identify client needs and deliver tailored investment solutions across liquid and alternative asset classes
  • Lead client meetings, investment discussions and portfolio reviews with high credibility
  • Collaborate closely with investment, product and structuring teams to deliver differentiated solutions
  • Contribute to capital raising initiatives and product distribution strategies
  • Monitor market developments and translate macro trends into actionable client conversations
  • Maintain high standards of client servicing, reporting and regulatory compliance (KYC/AML)



Profil recherché

  • Proven experience in a Relationship Manager, Sales or Distribution role within asset management, private banking or alternatives
  • Strong understanding of financial products (traditional and/or private markets)
  • Demonstrated ability to generate revenue and acquire new clients
  • Credible in front of sophisticated investors, with the ability to hold investment-driven conversations
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong ownership mentality
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Fluent in English and French (additional languages are a plus)
