Conduct scenario analysis and strategic analysis to drive strategic decisions on portfolio positions. Active participation in letting initiatives.Acquisitions : Produce analysis and conduct the due-diligence process. Produce financial models for selected opportunities as well as investment memorandums.Portfolio Management : Responsible for gathering, centralising and consolidating the Annual Report and Quarterly Board Reports based on the Portfolio consolidation.Strategy : support and provide input on establishing the company's long term investment strategy.Pipeline : Source deals and develop a network of potential partners in order to bring new opportunities for consideration.Profil recherchéBachelor/master's degree with Business/Real Estate or Construction focusProfessional Experience: 3-5 years of relevant professional work experience focused on international real estate management/investment, ideally with a first exposure to Swiss assets.Asset management experience, including supervision of third partiesFinancial modelling skills and understanding of real estate investment process (including private equity real estate, strong excel-skillsStrong organisational skills.
