Master Production Scheduler (H/F)

As Master Production Scheduler, you will play a central role in coordinating and optimizing the site's production planning activities. You will be responsible for developing and executing both the long-term Master Supply Plan (4-24 months) and the mid-term Master Production Schedule (4-13 weeks) across critical manufacturing resources.

Working in close collaboration with Manufacturing, Procurement and Customer Experience teams, you will ensure production feasibility, improve planning performance and support business growth while maintaining high service levels.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Develop and maintain the Master Supply Plan for key bottleneck resources, ensuring cross-functional alignment across the organization
• Lead and facilitate Master Scheduling (MPS) review meetings with key stakeholders to confirm priorities, feasibility and operational actions
• Build and manage the Master Production Schedule for critical manufacturing resources
• Ensure planning master data accuracy in ERP systems, reflecting supply capabilities and lead times
• Monitor and report Operational Planning KPIs, performing root cause analysis and driving corrective actions
• Contribute to the Supply Review step of the S&OP process, providing insights and recommendations to address operational constraints
• Lead what-if scenario planning and recovery plans in case of capacity or material constraints
• Act as a key driver for planning and supply chain continuous improvement, enhancing planning processes, reporting tools and data quality
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve delivery performance, inventory optimization and operational productivity
