Stellenbeschreibung

As a Technology Contracts and Data Protection Specialist, you will:

  • Technology ContractsDraft, review, and negotiate agreements for software, SaaS, cloud services, and IT procurement.
  • Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and internal standards, focusing on data security and privacy clauses.
  • Act as the primary legal contact for technology stakeholders and support vendor due diligence.
  • Data ProtectionDevelop and implement privacy policies and compliance programs (GDPR, UK DPA, FADP).
  • Conduct data protection impact assessments and manage records of processing activities.
  • Provide practical advice on privacy issues and deliver training to internal teams.
  • Collaborate with Information Security and HR on breach response and sensitive data handling.



Anforderungsprofil

  • Licensed to practice law in the UK, EU, or Switzerland.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in technology law and data protection.
  • Strong knowledge of GDPR and international privacy frameworks.
  • Proven ability to manage technology contracts and advise on privacy compliance.
  • Fluent in English; French is a plus.
  • Experience in fast-paced, international corporate environments.
