Sauvegarder Retour à la recherche Description du poste Résumé Offres similaires Added 10/06/20266-month opportunityInternational organization located in GenevaÀ propos de notre clientOur client is a major non-profit organization located in Geneva.Description du posteThe Health Finance Specialist will have the following responsibilities:Support country-led financial sustainability and transition planning, including development of tailored roadmaps with country teams and national stakeholdersProvide expert technical advice on health financing topics (e.g., costing, efficiency, insurance schemes, resource tracking, value for money) to regional and country teamsContribute to the design, negotiation, and implementation of grants, including co-financing commitments and funding processesSupport internal and external reviews of country portfolios with a focus on health finance and sustainabilityPromote domestic resource mobilization by supporting advocacy priorities and strengthening national health financing effortsCoordinate and oversee technical assistance initiatives, ensuring alignment with country strategies and effective delivery of outputsIdentify and advance innovative financing mechanisms (e.g., blended finance, Debt2Health) to enhance resource mobilization and sustainabilityAnalyze and synthesize financial and macroeconomic data to inform decision-making, risk management, and strategic planningAct as the Health Finance focal point for assigned countries, ensuring coordination across stakeholders and providing end-to-end technical supportStrengthen cross-functional collaboration, contribute to priority initiatives, mitigate risks, and represent the organization in relevant external engagementsProfil recherchéThe Health Finance Specialist will bring the following background and experience:Advanced degree in economics, health economics, public health, health financing, development studies, or a related fieldStrong professional experience in health finance, public financing, expenditure tracking, sustainability and transition, or development financeProven experience supporting the implementation of development or global health financing initiativesDemonstrated ability to provide high-quality technical advice to diverse stakeholders in complex environmentsSolid expertise in key technical areas such as health economics, costing and efficiency analysis, results-based financing, insurance schemes, and resource trackingExperience working with government, donors, and partners, with strong stakeholder management and collaboration skillsIn-country experience in global health and/or development finance contextsExcellent analytical, writing, and verbal communication skillsAbility to operate effectively in fast-paced, multicultural environments and adapt leadership and engagement stylesFluency in English requiredInformations complémentairesThe opportunity to join a major organization.Indiquer la référence de l'offreJN-062026-7036830Résumé du posteSecteurFinance & AccountingSpécialisationReporting, Planning & AnalyseIndustrieNot For ProfitLocalisationGenèveType de contratIntérimRéférence de l´offreJN-062026-7036830
