Stellenbeschreibung

As PLCM Launch Execution Manager, you will play a critical role in driving the successful execution of global product launches, product variations, and lifecycle initiatives across international markets. You will act as the central coordinator between Supply Chain, Commercial, Regulatory, Quality, Manufacturing, Finance and Planning teams, ensuring alignment, visibility and timely execution of key milestones. The tasks include:



  • Lead and coordinate launch execution and lifecycle management activities across multiple cross-functional stakeholders. Develop and maintain integrated launch plans, ensuring milestones, deliverables and dependencies are clearly defined and actively managed.


  • Monitor launch readiness activities and proactively identify risks, supply constraints, regulatory challenges and execution bottlenecks.


  • Drive issue resolution through effective stakeholder engagement and timely escalation of critical risks.


  • Prepare governance materials, executive updates, launch-readiness dashboards and management presentations.


  • Partner closely with Commercial, Regulatory Affairs, Quality, Manufacturing, Distribution, Finance and S&OP teams to ensure successful market launches and lifecycle changes.


  • Track key performance indicators, decisions, assumptions and lessons learned to strengthen launch excellence capabilities and continuous improvement initiatives.


  • Contribute to the development of scalable launch management processes, templates and best practices across the organization

Anforderungsprofil



  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, Life Sciences or a related discipline. APICS, PMP, Lean Six Sigma, would be advantageous.


  • Minimum 5 years of experience within Supply Chain, Product Lifecycle Management, Launch Excellence, Project Management, Manufacturing Operations or related functions.


  • Experience within the pharmaceutical, biotech, medical device or other regulated industries is highly desirable.


  • Proven track record of managing complex cross-functional projects involving multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.


  • Strong understanding of product launches, lifecycle management, supply planning and operational readiness activities.


  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence without direct authority.


  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex information into concise executive-level updates.


  • Experience working with ERP and planning tools such as SAP, Oracle, Smartsheet, Power BI or equivalent systems.
