Product & revenue developmentContribute to the design and development of new revenue-generating products and services, with a focus on digital and data-driven solutionsShape and articulate clear, compelling value propositions aligned with market needsIdentify opportunities driven by digital transformation, data and AI2. End-to-end project managementLead initiatives from ideation → structuring → pilot (test phase) → validationBuild and manage project plans, timelines and deliverablesCoordinate cross-functional teams, especially IT and technical stakeholdersTrack progress, assess feasibility and ensure outcomes3. Market insight & validationConduct market and customer analysis (industrial players, standards users, ecosystem stakeholders)Identify market opportunities, trends and competitive dynamicsValidate product concepts through pilot testing and feedback loops4. Board & stakeholder engagement (critical)Act as a trusted partner to boards and governance bodies involved in product ideation and revenue generationSupport them in evaluating opportunities, challenging assumptions and refining strategic directionFacilitate alignment across complex, international stakeholder landscapesNavigate decision-making processes and ensure momentum5.
