Our client is a fast-growing, private equity-backed company specializing in digital solutions and custom software development. As part of a critical scaling phase, we are seeking an entrepreneurial individual to lead the development and expansion of commercial activities.

Stellenbeschreibung

  • Build and scale business development and sales activities across defined target segments
  • Establish and expand service sales capabilities, driving recurring revenue streams (e.g. managed services, continuous improvement engagements)
  • Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities at C-level
  • Apply a consultative and solution selling approach to create long-term, high-value client relationships
  • Shape and position impactful digital solutions (focused on AI, cloud, and custom software)
  • Own the end-to-end sales cycle, from lead generation to proposal development and contract closing
  • Define the go-to-market strategy in close collaboration with delivery and product teams
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline, leveraging best practices in consultative and service-oriented sales



Anforderungsprofil

  • Proven experience in business development and service sales within complex, solution-driven environments (e.g. IT services, software, consulting)
  • Strong track record in consultative and solution selling, ideally in the context of digital transformation initiatives
  • Solid understanding of AI, cloud technologies, and custom software development
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a clear startup mentality and hands-on approach
  • Ability to engage and influence C-level stakeholders in complex organisations
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills
  • Strong network and market understanding in Switzerland are a plus
  • Location in Switzerland is mandatory
  • Fluent in German and English
