This role supports GMP manufacturing operations by ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of production activities, including equipment setup, material management, documentation review, and inventory control. It also involves maintaining equipment compliance, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and supporting an efficient and well-organized production environment.

Description du poste

  • Support cross-functional team in running of equipment during manufacturing: Component preparation, equipment setup, sampling, material management, and other shop floor tasks
  • Maintain Equipment GMP Status: Routine monitoring, calibration, maintenance, certifications of equipment
  • Reviewing and completing batch documentation to support production activities
  • Reviewing / familiarization of area SOPs
  • Supports coordination of daily work schedules and effectively organizes with respective support groups
  • Inventory and order management
  • Housekeeping activities

Profil recherché

  • At least 1 year of work experience in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry or equivalent apprenticeship/education
  • Familiarity with GMP Manufacturing processes
  • Good communication skills in German and English (Verbal and Written)
