Zurich/Geneva, 6 June 2023. Advertised jobs in the Real Estate sector grew by +18.8% between April and May, and +23.5% year on year, significantly outperforming any other sector. Apart from real estate, demand was especially high in energy, marketing and communication, food and environmental technology.
According to Florian Bruneau, Senior Executive Manager, Michael Page Property and Construction, “We are seeing a high demand for qualified real estate and construction professionals across the board from investment specialists for family offices, private banks, fund managers, asset managers, private equity and real estate firms through to construction project managers, site managers, civil engineers, HVAC specialists, facility managers and sales professionals.”
