Description du poste

Workplace Operations & Service Delivery

  • Coordinate workplace operations across multiple European locations.
  • Ensure high service standards through effective management of service providers and operational processes.
  • Monitor supplier performance and support contract implementation and optimization.
  • Oversee operational rollouts and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Support refurbishment, relocation, and workplace enhancement projects.
  • Collaborate with external partners and local stakeholders on operational matters.



Transformation & Project Management

  • Lead workplace transformation and operational improvement projects.
  • Support the implementation of workplace technologies and digital tools.
  • Drive process optimization initiatives across multiple countries.
  • Coordinate change management activities and stakeholder communication.
  • Track project progress, risks, and key deliverables.
  • Prepare updates and reports for senior leadership.



Stakeholder Management

  • Partner with regional teams, business leaders, and external vendors.
  • Promote consistency in workplace standards and operational practices across locations.
  • Gather and consolidate business requirements to support workplace initiatives.
  • Facilitate collaboration between local and regional stakeholders.



Vendor & Budget Oversight

  • Support vendor selection, negotiation, and performance management.
  • Participate in tendering and supplier evaluation processes.
  • Monitor project and operational budgets.



Compliance & Sustainability

  • Ensure compliance with local regulations, health and safety standards, and company policies.
  • Contribute to sustainability initiatives and responsible workplace practices.

Profil recherché

  • 6+ years of experience in Project Management, Workplace Operations, Corporate Services, or a related field within an international, multi-site environment.
  • Experience in premium retail, luxury, hospitality, or other high-service environments is highly desirable.
  • Experience managing operational improvement and transformation projects.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Experience working with external vendors and service providers.
  • Comfortable operating in matrix and multicultural organizations.
  • Hands-on, adaptable, and solution-oriented approach.
  • Strong organizational and project coordination skills.
  • Fluent English and French required.
  • Willingness to travel within Europe (approximately 20-30%).
