Description du poste

  • Conduct market analysis and investment research to support acquisition and portfolio decisions.
  • Analyse acquisition opportunities and coordinate financial, technical and legal due diligence processes.
  • Build and maintain financial models, investment scenarios and profitability analyses.
  • Prepare investment memorandums and strategic recommendations for senior management.
  • Support the operational follow-up of development, repositioning and renovation projects.
  • Coordinate external stakeholders including architects, engineers, advisors and authorities.
  • Participate in discussions with public authorities and support permitting processes.
  • Supervise sales and commercialisation processes, including management of data rooms and interactions with investors and buyers.
  • Negotiate commercial lease agreements and support tenant discussions.
  • Participate in acquisition and disposal negotiations alongside senior leadership.
  • Identify new investment opportunities and contribute to the growth of the portfolio.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key market participants across the Swiss real estate ecosystem.

Profil recherché

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Economics or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience within real estate investment, acquisitions, development, asset management or a related environment.
  • Strong financial analysis and modelling capabilities.
  • Excellent understanding of the real estate investment lifecycle.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
  • Entrepreneurial, proactive and hands-on mindset.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluent French and English required.
  • Strong command of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to operate effectively within a lean and fast-paced structure.
