Our client, a renowned international financial institution with modern offices in Basel, is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented IT Support Specialist (a) to support the IT Services team. The selected candidate will play an important role within the project and contribute significantly to its successful execution.

As a Production Support Engineer, you will be the eyes and ears of our IT systems, playing a critical role in ensuring the availability, performance, and reliability of infrastructure, applications, and operational processes.

Reporting to the Head of Monitoring, your mission is to anticipate issues-such as batch delays or filesystem problems-and take swift action to maintain system continuity across environments (SIMULATION, UAT, PRODUCTION)

• Assurer le support utilisateur de niveau 1 et 2
• Gestion de l'infrastructure locale et des systèmes Microsoft

• Suivi opérationnel des systèmes de sauvegardes et de monitoring
• En charge de la partie support niveau 1 & 2

• Des tâches variées allant du support technique de base à l'installation de postes de travail.
• Un profil IT junior bilingue FR/DE, motivé, curieux et prêt à apprendre,

En tant que responsable du support informatique, vous assurez le suivi des interventions TIC et veillez au bon fonctionnement des équipements liés aux postes de travail. Vous accompagnez les utilisateurs dans la résolution des problèmes liés à l'utilisation des outils bureautiques et de leurs accessoires, garantissant ainsi une continuité optimale des activités.
