Exciting role for a financial accountant with minimum 3 years of experience in accounting.

• Gestion des obligations fiscales et comptables : Préparation des déclarations fiscales, tenue des comptes, et établissement des décomptes TVA.
• Conseil et relations avec les clients : Planification fiscale et gestion des relations avec les autorités fiscales.

• Gestion des portefeuilles de gérance immobilière, incluant le suivi des encaissements et des paiements, ainsi que l'établissement des états financiers et des rapports de gestion.

• Gestion des comptes et clôture : Suivre, réconcilier et lettrer les comptes GL, interco, préparer les écritures de clôture.
• Analyse et communication : Revue analytique des comptes mensuels, documenter les contrôles ICS, point de contact pour les partenaires, promouvoir les règles comptables du groupe.
