Dans le cadre du renforcement de ses équipes IT, notre client recherche un IT Business Analyst expérimenté pour rejoindre son siège de Genève. Le poste s'inscrit dans un environnement multiculturel et international, en interaction avec les équipes métiers, les partenaires technologiques et les équipes de développement.

Vous serez en charge de garantir la conformité administrative et opérationnelle d'un réseau de points de vente haut de gamme, tout en supervisant une équipe dédiée. Ce rôle transversal implique une collaboration étroite avec les départements Finance, Commercial et Audit interne.

You will manage our client funds infrastructure, ensuring accurate fund data, literature, disclosures, and regulatory documents are maintained and shared across internal teams, external vendors, and global jurisdictions. The role also oversees fund launches, registrations, investor communications, and reporting, while driving process improvements, vendor management, and cross-team collaboration.

As the EMEA Compensation and Benefits Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the development, implementation, and optimization of compensation and benefits programs across the region. You will ensure alignment with global strategy while tailoring solutions to local market needs, contributing to the attraction, retention, and engagement of top talent.

During this 12-month contract; you will be the point of contact for the investors transacting in funds. You will namely lead the onboarding of new investors/clients, including transfer agency account opening and coordinating the drafting & negotiation of relevant legal agreements.
