We are recruiting for our client a Health Finance Specialist quickly available for an initial 6-month assignment.

The HEAD OF FINANCE will oversee the financial operations and ensure compliance with industry standards within the Energy sector. This temporary position near Neuchâtel requires a results-driven professional to manage financial strategies and drive operational efficiency.

This role combines accounts payable responsibilities with overhead cost analysis, ensuring accurate invoice processing, compliance, and financial reporting. It also involves supporting month-end activities, analysing cost trends, and improving cost allocation across the business.

Reporting to the Regional Finance Director and to the local General Manager, the Finance Officer is responsible for day-to-day accounting and financial operations and supports the office's financial reporting.

• Lead financial controlling activities, including budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and the development of KPIs to support decision-making and improve overall performance.
• Act as a bridge between controlling and accounting, ensuring data accuracy while providing hands-on support to the accounting team when needed across month-end, reporting, and audit processes.
