We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced International Payroll Specialist to join our client's on a part-time basis (50-60%). The successful candidate will be responsible for managing payroll processes for multiple entities across the UK, Ireland, and other European locations. This role requires strong payroll expertise, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders.

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Payroll and HR operations Manager to lead payroll and HR ad,in operations at the headquarters in Geneva. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a small team and ensuring the accurate and timely processing of payroll for employees. This role requires a bilingual professional fluent in both French and English.

The Regional HR Business Partner will work closely with the Global HR Manager to establish and maintain strong relationships with local HR teams. This role involves acting as a trusted advisor on HR matters, designing and implementing HR processes in areas such as talent management, performance management, training, and compensation. The HRBP will enhance HR capabilities within the regions through effective communication, training, and coaching.

The HR Data & Systems Analyst ensures the efficient operation, maintenance, and optimization of the HRIS platform to support HR Operations and business needs. This role involves system monitoring, data integrity checks, routine maintenance, and assisting with upgrades, new features, and HRIS-related projects while collaborating with stakeholders.

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant / Personal Assistant who will also handle some office management duties. This role is pivotal to our operations and will report directly to a CEO and Founder, a smart and respectful individual who values dedication and professionalism.
