I am seeking, on behalf of my client, a Common Law qualified lawyer (or an international lawyer with strong Common Law expertise) for a Senior Legal Counsel role specializing in FIDIC contracts for international projects.

The Senior Legal Counsel will provide legal support for both contentious and non-contentious matters in the trading and shipping sectors. The role includes managing disputes, providing strategic legal advice, and mitigating risks across multiple business areas.

As Legal Counsel, you will support global operations by advising on commercial contracts, procurement agreements (including IT), and managing legal risks in a highly regulated environment. You'll act as a trusted legal partner to the business, particularly in the certification and quality assurance fields.
