Vous participez activement au développement de la fonction contrôle de gestion et de la planification financière au niveau groupe.

Vous êtes responsable du reporting à destination du management et de l'actionnaire, conduisez des projets structurants visant à diffuser une culture financière, et encadrez une petite équipe que vous accompagnez dans son développement.

Responsible for full bookkeeping, payments, reconciliations, intercompany processes, and monthly/annual closings. Ensures accurate financial statements under IFRS/Swiss GAAP and supports audits.

Leading projects based on Swiss needs as well as initiatives coming from Group (e.g. automation of processes, implementation of tools, simplification by use of AI, prepare change of ERP)
