This position is responsible for steering financial planning and performance management across the group. You will predominantly support the CEO while also contributing to the effectiveness of the wider Executive Leadership Team (CFO, COO, CCO, CHRO). This role requires strong judgement, a high level of ownership and the ability to manage complexity with discretion and professionalism.

You will play a key role in ensuring smooth executive operations, coordinating cross-functional initiatives, and maintaining efficient office management at the Basel site.
