We are seeking a seasoned HR Manager to strengthen the Human Resources function of our client across Switzerland and the Middle East. This strategic role is ideal for an experienced HR professional who combines strong legal expertise, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to navigate a highly regulated international environment.

As Junior HR Transformation Manager, you will work closely with the Global Head of HR to drive strategic priorities, strengthen the execution of HR initiatives, and ensure seamless coordination across the HR organisation. You will play a central role in structuring, organising, and delivering high‑quality project work - with a strong emphasis on clear storytelling, executive‑ready presentations, and cross‑functional collaboration.

We are looking for an HR Project Manager to lead and deliver key HR initiatives over a 6‑month period, starting at the beginning of May. The ideal candidate will bring strong project management discipline, excellent stakeholder management, and hands‑on experience with HR processes.

Vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec les responsables de magasin, les RH locaux et les équipes opérationnelles pour garantir un processus de recrutement fluide, rapide et qualitatif.

Vous devez parlez français et allemand, l'anglais est un plus.
