VIP Support (m/w)
IT Support for Chairman
Ability to Travel
Our client is located in Geneva
Provide direct support to all members of the VIP on Mac, PC, Laptop, smartphones, connectivity, email, and home entertainment systems.
Point person to lead resolution for all IT issues, including telephony, WIFI, LAN, office hardware and software, audio visual installations and Home automation solutions (Crestron and AMX)
Work closely with IT to ensure services
Establish processes that can improve the service provided to the VIP's
Manage all the IT assets lifecycle for the Family members and Family Office, that is timely purchase, replacement and disposal
Perform support out of business hours for VIP request and Infrastructure Issues
Lead / participate in VIP related projects
Manage external resources and suppliers, monitor service levels and ensure prompt delivery
Liaise with Change Advisory Board to ensure understanding of impact of changes to the VIP IT environment
Manage all the IT needs in residences and locations where IT is needed for the VIP. (Houses, offices, boats, planes and others)
Implement monitoring tools in order to anticipate issues.
Travel regularly to make sure the VIP has the services that they are used to.
Willingness to work in the different locations (also abroad) for extended periods of time (up to 3 months)
Discrete and professional behavior and attitude
Expertise in Office365, Email / Exchange / OneDrive and Sharepoint, good understanding of telecom and security technology.
Experience and/or Microsoft certified in managing Azure cloud services, in particular managing Azure Active Directory, Networks, and Security groups.
Intermediate level knowledge of networking, including WIFI, LAN, WAN, switching, routing, and IP.
High technical skills in desktop (Mac and PC), devices (iPhone, Blackberry) and zoom conferencing and MS Office tools and security technologies and best practices.
Good hands on skills in Microsoft Device Management, Intune, WIP, AIP
Expert in user support of devices
Skilled in technical state of Domotic. (Audio/Visual, Home Automation, Photography, etc.)
Ability to learn fast coupled with strong initiative and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of project management standards and procedures with experience coordinating small to mid-size IT projects and solutions
Interact with high level executives as well as Corporate members daily, understanding the needs and being able to either satisfy them or find others to do so
Service industry experience, hospitality, events or VIP service experience with a high degree of privacy and discretion
Ability to manage and work with 3rd party service providers
Excellent presentation communication skills, good listener. Fluent written and spoken skills, French and English, Advanced quantitative and qualitative analytical skills
