About Our Client
A well-established trust company in Geneva.
Job Description
- Administer and enhance client portfolio, ensuring timely care and suggesting improvements.
- Manage team billing and cash collection efficiently to minimize write-offs.
- Review client structures, demonstrate risk awareness, and fulfill review procedures.
- Adhere to contractual and statutory obligations, guiding team members accordingly.
- Prepare and review reports for management and meetings.
- Maintain accurate central diary systems to meet deadlines.
- Ensure prompt and professional service to clients and intermediaries.
- Retain existing clients through effective administration.
- Train and manage team members, conducting performance reviews.
- Promote group services to clients and identify new business opportunities.
- Deputize for senior team members as necessary.
- Adhere to compliance procedures and CPD requirements.
- Perform any other necessary duties as directed by Management.
The Successful Applicant
- Minimum 10 years of relevant trust administration experience.
- STEP qualified with UK legal/tax expertise preferred.
- Experience managing a team of Trust Officers.
- Strong understanding of trust and corporate structures and fiduciary responsibilities.
- Excellent organizational, prioritization, and client relationship skills.
- Ability to improve work directives and procedures.
- Focus on compliance and regulatory matters, including FATCA and CRS.
- Positive team player with a hands-on mentality.
- Proficient in English (oral and written); Viewpoint knowledge advantageous.
