Job Description

  • Organise and coordinate travel and accommodation for employees, temporary staff (external providers), and clients.
  • Provide guidance on customs, local regulations, and assist with obtaining required documentation (e.g. visas, permits)
  • Ensure compliance with internal travel policies and applicable regulations.
  • Proactively recommend improvements and innovative solutions to optimize travel processes.
  • Manage travel-related issues including client complaints and service disruptions.
  • Monitor and analyze travel costs to support budgeting and identify cost-saving opportunities.



  • Support HR-related administrative tasks as needed (e.g. onboarding, documentation, internal processes).
  • Contribute to quarterly time management tracking and related HR reporting
  • Act as a liaison between employees and HR for travel-related queries and policy clarifications

The Successful Applicant

  • Min 3 years of experience as Travel Officer
  • HR experience is a plus
  • English B2+/C1, French fluent
  • Good time management, good team spirit,
