About Our Client

An international company is looking for a Training & Development Specialist based in Geneva, with strong Italian, French and English.

Job Description

  • Conduct training needs assessments with global and local teams.
  • Design and develop training programs: e‑learning, workshops, instructor‑led sessions, train‑the‑trainer.
  • Facilitate training sessions to support employee upskilling.
  • Evaluate program effectiveness through data analysis, feedback and KPIs.
  • Manage all pre‑ and post‑training activities within the LMS.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, SMEs and external vendors.
  • Maintain updated training records and documentation.
  • Stay up to date with trends and new technologies in Learning & Development.

The Successful Applicant

  • 5-7 years of L&D experience in an international environment.
  • Strong instructional design and facilitation capabilities.
  • Excellent communication: English, Italian & French minimum C1.
  • Strong analytical and project‑management abilities.
  • Proficiency with training design tools, AI solutions and LMS.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong ability to collaborate cross‑functionally.
