Job Description

  • Ensure the accurate processing of trading invoices in a timely manner.
  • Verify and validate invoice details against contractual agreements.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to resolve discrepancies.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of all invoicing activities.
  • Support the preparation of reports related to invoicing and trading activities.
  • Assist in improving invoicing processes and systems.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
  • Collaborate with the finance and trading teams to ensure smooth operations.

The Successful Applicant

A successful TRADING INVOICING OPERATOR should have:

  • A strong understanding of invoicing processes within the commodity trading sector.
