Job Description

  • Operate and monitor test benches for batteries and power electronics.
  • Execute test protocols at the Sion facility and at supplier sites in Switzerland.
  • Prepare and configure mechanical and electrical test setups.
  • Manufacture wire harnesses and testing hardware as required.
  • Maintain accurate configuration management during testing.
  • Support the assembly and improvement of test benches and related systems.
  • Identify and troubleshoot issues during testing activities.
  • Record and document test results with precision and clarity.
  • Ensure compliance with internal quality and safety standards.
  • Contribute to the continuous optimization of testing processes and methodologies.

The Successful Applicant

  • Background in automation systems and configuration management.
  • Strong safety awareness and attention to detail.
  • Hands-on experience in preparing and executing technical test setups.
  • Skilled in wiring, mechanical assembly, and hardware configuration.
  • Experience with electric motors and measurement tools (e.g., oscilloscopes).
  • Familiarity with LabVIEW or TestStand is an advantage.
  • Solid command of basic IT tools and data management.
  • Intermediate level of English (French is a plus).
  • Organized, proactive, and collaborative mindset.
  • Willingness to travel within Switzerland for testing operations.
