About Our Client

Our client, a renowned company in Zug, with a very dynamic and international working environment, is currently looking for a Team Assistant able to start immediately. This person should have a dynamic and proactive personality and must be able to hit the ground running.

Job Description

  • Coordinating meetings within the department and taking minutes
  • Responsible for managing the calendar of the team and the travel arrangement, including expenses
  • In charge of monitoring budgets and checking invoices
  • Processing and maintaining documents in the database and SharePoint
  • Coordinating candidate interviews and supporting the on-boarding of newcomers
  • Participating in diverse projects and advising team members on processes and guidelines

The Successful Applicant

  • Commercial apprenticeship
  • 3-4 years of relevant experience in a similar role
  • Very proficient user of MS Office, tech savvy
  • Fluency in English and German is a must, French is a plus
  • Fast learner with a hands-on mentality, a proactive team player

What's on Offer

  • 6-month temporary contract with possibility of extension
