Job Description

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and job requirements.
  • Develop and post job advertisements to attract talented candidates.
  • Source potential candidates through various channels, including job boards and professional networks.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate suitability.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of recruitment activities and candidate information.
  • Provide timely feedback to candidates and ensure a positive recruitment experience.
  • Support employer branding initiatives to enhance the company's presence in the talent market.

The Successful Applicant

  • 3-5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, within an organisation or a recruitment agency.
  • Strong communication and organisational skills.
  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools.
  • Fluency in German and English. French is a strong advantage.
  • Familiarity with recruitment of technical and engineering profiles is a plus.
  • A proactive and results-oriented approach to recruitment tasks.
