The assignment will be temporary for 12 months, starting immediately. Depending on the selected candidate's performance and motivation, there is a strong possibility of extension.Job DescriptionThe Supply Chain Quality Specialist (m/f/d) will be responsible for supporting material qualification and compliance processes within the supply chain, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements and company standards. Key responsibilities include:Close collaboration with stakeholders such as procurement, manufacturing and technical functions for material selection and supplier evaluation, supporting the development of standardized platformsEnsuring that materials meet the required quality standards for use in manufacturing environmentsPreparation and maintenance of material specifications to enable release and qualification processesReviewing and coordinating material-related changes, ensuring proper implementation through quality change controlsSupporting the supply chain team on quality and compliance topics, including investigations, change controls, risk assessments and RCAActing as key contact person for supply chain quality and compliance topics, leading complex investigations and supporting problem solving and RCA activitiesPromoting compliance awareness and integration into daily operations, including continuous skills development within the teamDriving and leading improvement initiatives and business cases to strengthen quality and compliance across the supply chainContributing to the creation and revision of policies and procedures in line with regulatory requirements and assessing the impact of changing internal and external guidelinesThe Successful ApplicantFor this challenging and rewarding role, the ideal candidate brings:Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering, pharmacy, or a science-related fieldMinimum 3 years of experience in the pharmaceutical or biotech industryExperience in quality operations/compliance or in a supply chain/operations support role within a pharmaceutical environmentExcellent command of English (written and spoken), with the ability to communicate across all organizational levelsStrong knowledge of GMP, GDP, and regulatory requirementsProficiency in MS Office (especially Excel); SAP knowledge is an advantageExperience in change control, deviation management, CAPA, and material qualificationSolid understanding of supply chain processes (procurement, material management)Proven experience in leading change management initiatives and process improvementsInitiative, coordination skills, and strong problem-solving competence with a continuous improvement mindsetStrong communication and presentation skillsWillingness to learn continuously and to promote diversity and inclusion within the workplaceOnly candidates eligible to work in Switzerland will be considered for this vacancy.What's on OfferOpportunity to take ownership in a quality-driven and impactful role within supply chain operationsQuote job refJN-092025-6839936Job summaryJob FunctionLogistics, Procurement & Supply ChainSpecialisationManufacturingIndustryHealthcare / PharmaceuticalLocationLucerneContract TypeInterimJob ReferenceJN-092025-6839936
