Job Description

In this role you will contribute to defining, managing, and optimizing business capabilities within the global operations organisation in order to align with the company`s organizational strategy and deliver measurable value.

The tasks will include the following:

  • Lead the implementation and enhancement of the Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes within the supply chain.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve process inefficiencies.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for supply chain processes and systems.
  • Ensure compliance with procurement policies and procedures.
  • Monitor and analyze supply chain performance metrics to drive improvements.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders regarding P2P processes.
  • Provide training and support to team members on supply chain tools and best practices.
  • Work closely with IT teams to ensure system functionality aligns with business needs.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Supply Chain P2P Process Owner should have:

  • 5+ years experience in procurement and supply chain management, ideally in the FMCG industry.
  • Proficiency in P2P processes and related tools or systems.
  • Excellent communication skills to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
  • Analytical skills to assess and improve supply chain performance.
  • Ideally experience with MS Dynamics and WMS
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
  • A hands-on mentality and proactive approach to problem-solving and process optimization.
