The Staff Counsellor will play a key role in supporting the psychological and emotional well-being of staff members. Reporting to the Manager, Culture, Talent and Development, and working closely with HR Business Partners and the Well-being Specialist, the role provides short-term counselling support, guidance, and proactive interventions to help employees manage stress, change, and work-related challenges.

Stellenbeschreibung

  • Delivering confidential counselling services (individual and group sessions).
  • Leading preventive well-being initiatives and resilience workshops.
  • Providing crisis intervention and psychological first aid when required.
  • Advising managers on staff well-being, mental health awareness, and stress prevention.
  • Developing data-driven reports and contributing to HR well-being strategies.
  • Coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure a holistic approach to employee well-being.

Anforderungsprofil

  • Advanced degree in psychology, counselling, clinical social work, or a related discipline.
  • Valid professional license or accreditation in the relevant field.
  • 7-9 years of relevant experience in counselling or mental health services, ideally within international or multicultural environments.
  • Strong understanding of counselling theories, techniques, and best practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with proven ability to build trust and maintain confidentiality.
  • Demonstrated cultural sensitivity and experience working with diverse populations.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are a strong asset.
  • High level of professionalism, empathy, discretion, and adaptability.
