We are looking for a specialist who will provide technical assistance and guidance for building capacity to prevent sexual exploitation, abuse, and harassment (PSEAH) among implementers. It also involves developing educational and training materials related to PSEAH.Specialist in Training, Awareness, and Ethics Capacity, PSEAH for 12 months.

About Our Client

Our client is an international organisation.

Job Description

The role is divided into two main parts:

  1. PSEAH Training and Awareness (60%): Develop learning materials for staff and implementers, and oversee communication campaigns to raise awareness about PSEAH.
  2. PSEAH Capacity Building (40%): Support Principal Recipients in French, Spanish, and Portuguese-speaking countries to build their capacity in preventing, detecting, and responding to SEAH.



Key Responsibilities

  • Develop e-learning resources, guidance, and toolkits for PSEAH.
  • Monitor and oversee communication campaigns to educate beneficiaries about their PSEAH rights.
  • Support Principal Recipients in implementing PSEAH capacity-building plans.
  • Provide technical assistance and guidance to stakeholders on PSEAH activities.
  • Ensure compliance with PSEAH Code of Conduct provisions.

The Successful Applicant

Deliverables

  • Capacity-building plans for Principal Recipients.
  • Monitoring reports on capacity-building efforts.
  • Training and guidance materials for stakeholders.
  • Communication campaigns in pilot countries.



Required Experience and Skills

  • University degree in a relevant field (e.g., Gender Studies, Social Science, International Relations).
  • At least five years of professional experience in PSEAH or a related field.
  • Experience in multicultural and international environments.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and oral.
  • Ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
  • Sensitivity in communicating about SEAH.
  • Fluency in English, French, Spanish, and Portuguese

What's on Offer

12 months of contract starting as soon as possible.

Remote and in-person work based on Central European Time (CET) in Geneva, Switzerland.

Travel is expected.
