Job Description

  • Manage site CAPEX projects from design to commissioning
  • Develop and roll out technical standards across the site
  • Lead and coach a team of project managers and technical experts
  • Ensure project delivery on time, within scope and budget
  • Oversee automation and operational technology activities

The Successful Applicant

  • Engineering degree with project management certification
  • 10+ years' experience in industrial engineering projects
  • Proven track record in CAPEX investments and site projects
  • 5+ years of people management experience
  • Fluent in English and French, with strong leadership skills
