Job Description

  • Manage inbound and outbound transactions for global inventory locations, including returns.
  • Analyze and resolve process and technical issues (e.g., Idocs errors) in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Perform inventory reconciliation and root cause analysis for discrepancies.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory authorities and internal standards (SOX, AFCM, customs).
  • Support product launches, extensions, discontinuations, and special promotions.
  • Coordinate international orders with affiliates, distributors, and manufacturing plants.
  • Host and manage regular meetings with global stakeholders to foster collaboration.
  • Assist in setting team priorities, handling escalations, and planning resources.
  • Act as deputy for the manager on functional topics.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and process optimization.

The Successful Applicant

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in supply chain roles within multinational organizations.
  • Proven experience in project coordination, ideally with SAP implementation.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive mindset.
  • Ability to integrate quickly into new structures and adapt to change.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Effective stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Fluency in English; French or German is a plus.
  • Knowledge of pharmaceutical, medical, or biotech sectors preferred.
  • Ability to challenge the status quo and drive process improvements.
