As a Senior Project Manager, you will lead large-scale gaming projects from concept through completion. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including game developers, artists, designers, and testers, to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality. Job Description

  • Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets.
  • Manage the day-to-day operational aspects of multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Lead, coach, and motivate project teams to achieve productivity and engagement.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
  • Monitor project progress and adjust as necessary to ensure successful completion.
  • Identify, assess, and minimize project risks throughout the lifecycle.
  • Communicate project status, issues, and successes regularly to all stakeholders.
  • Ensure quality standards and customer satisfaction are maintained.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Computer Science, Game Design, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 7 years of project management experience, with at least 3 years in the gaming industry.
  • Strong understanding of the software development cycle and agile methodologies.
  • Proven leadership skills and experience managing large, diverse teams.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to solve complex problems and make decisions based on accurate and timely analyses.
  • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., JIRA, Asana).
  • Excellent command of English (almost native) is mandatory
