Opportunity to join a fast-growing team that is part of a leading Global Tier 1 Management Consultancy - Zurich based
Job Description
- Supporting and managing the implementation of various HR Business and IT projects with a focus on Digital HR Transformations
- Leading state-of-the-art projects in national and international environments
- Piloting conceptual design of HR and HR IT strategies as well as HR target operating models with a focal point of HR cloud implementations
- Supporting and implementing changes in the HR operations in the context of the organization, technology, processes, and personnel
- Linking efficiently the processes between business, strategy, and IT
The Successful Applicant
- Several years of practical project experience (ideally in consulting) around digital transformation in at least one of the industries: Insurance, Consumer Goods & Retail, Manufacturing, Life Science
- An outstanding degree in the field of Business, Social Sciences or Information Technology
- Practical experience in project management and comprehensive knowledge in HR work, as well as in HR strategy, organization, and processes
- Talent that enjoys thinking conceptually and analytically with a digital mindset, whilst excelling at executing key strategic analyses and implementations
- High affinity for digital technologies at the interface between HR and IT (HR Cloud, Artificial Intelligence)
- Impressive presentation and moderation skills and very good MS Office skills
- Excellent written and spoken German and English skills, French and Italian skills are desired
