Job Description

  • Advise on M&A transactions, corporate venture investments, and strategic partnerships from inception to closing.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate transaction documents, ensuring compliance and risk mitigation.
  • Coordinate due diligence and manage external counsel effectively.
  • Partner with senior stakeholders across multiple functions to structure deals and provide clear, actionable legal recommendations.
  • Stay current on legal developments and promote best practices within the organization.

The Successful Applicant

  • Education & Background: Juris Doctor or equivalent, licensed to practice law in a common law jurisdiction.
  • Experience: Minimum 8 years of legal experience, including at least 5 years in a top-tier law firm and 3 years in-house handling M&A or strategic investments.
  • Skills: Exceptional attention to detail, strong team spirit, and ability to work autonomously in a dynamic environment.
  • Other Requirements: Willingness to relocate to Lausanne or nearby; notice period not exceeding 3 months.
