Our client is a leading medical devices company headquartered in Geneva, recognized globally for innovation and excellence in healthcare solutions.

Job Description

  • Advise on a broad range of commercial contracts (service agreements, supplier contracts, key account agreements, financing arrangements).
  • Support sales and marketing teams on legal matters and ensure compliance with industry regulations.
  • Handle compliance activities including third-party event sponsorship agreements, grant requests, and monitoring (travel, expenses).
  • Collaborate with regional and global stakeholders to maintain high standards of legal and ethical conduct.
  • Geographic scope: primarily Switzerland and Austria, with occasional involvement in Germany.

The Successful Applicant

  • Lawyer admitted in Switzerland (essential), with 5-10 years of post-qualification experience.
  • Solid background in contract law; compliance knowledge is a strong asset.
  • Previous exposure to the healthcare sector (pharmaceuticals or medical technology) is mandatory.
  • Languages: French and English required; German highly desirable.
  • Ability to operate within a complex organizational structure and handle cross-border legal matters.
