Our client is a global leader in its industry with a strong international presence. For their global headquarters, we are currently seeking a strategic Senior HR Leader to join the team.

Job Description

This role will focus on leading global Talent Management and Talent Acquisition strategy while ensuring the seamless operation of HR functions. Key responsibilities will include:

  • Develop and Implement Talent Strategies: Drive the creation and execution of Talent Management and Talent Acquisition strategies across the organisation.
  • Succession Planning and Talent Mapping: Define and establish key succession plans and talent mapping initiatives to support future growth.
  • Senior-Level Recruitment: Lead recruitment efforts for senior roles, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities.
  • Employer Branding and Candidate Experience: Implement a strong employer branding strategy to enhance candidate experience and attract top talent.
  • Performance Management and Employee Development: Support business leaders with performance reviews and employee development programmes.
  • Continuous Improvement of HR Practices: Regularly review and enhance HR policies and practices to align with best practices and evolving organisational needs.
