Our client is a dynamic, international company based in Geneva.

Job Description

The Senior FP&A is expected to complete the following missions:

  • In a SaaS environment, maintain forecast models for cloud hosting, customer support, services and product expenses
  • Produce monthly and quarterly reporting
  • Develop deep understanding of hosting costs to predict changes in the organization's gross margin profile
  • Evaluate the performance and efficiency of cloud resources.
  • Identify opportunities to optimize cloud spending.
  • Develop financial models to simulate scenarios and assess the financial impact of changes in cloud usage, pricing models, or infrastructure configurations.
  • Analyze, report, and forecast support and hosting KPIs

The Successful Applicant

The candidate for the Senior FP&A position is expected to present the following:

  • 5 years of FP&A experience, partnering with Product, Support and Cloud Operations organizations within a SaaS environment
  • Proficiency in Excel, Tableau, and Salesforce reporting
  • Experience in extracting and transforming datasets from CRM/ERP/BI platforms
  • Demonstrated experience in forecast modeling
  • Comfort working in a multinational environment and collaborating with global teams
  • Attention to detail, critical-thinking skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving
